MA 46).<\/p>\n<p>Einen solcher Unfall aus England ist <a class=\"ext\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=yApksGnckaE&amp;feature=youtu.be\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HIER<\/a>\u00a0zu sehen.<\/p>\n<h6>Abstand macht sicher<\/h6>\n<p>Den <strong>Seitenabstand zu stehenden Hindernissen<\/strong> schreibt die\u00a0 StVO \u00a77 (1) so vor: \u201eDer Lenker eines Fahrzeuges hat, [\u2026] so weit rechts zu fahren, wie ihm dies unter Bedachtnahme auf die Leichtigkeit und Fl\u00fcssigkeit des Verkehrs zumutbar und dies ohne Gef\u00e4hrdung, Behinderung oder Bel\u00e4stigung anderer Stra\u00dfenben\u00fctzer, ohne eigene Gef\u00e4hrdung und ohne Besch\u00e4digung von Sachen m\u00f6glich ist.\u201c Der \u00d6ffnungsbereich von Autot\u00fcren erstreckt sich von 80cm bei Kleinwagen bis 1,5m bei Coup\u00e9s oder LKWs. Die richtige Spurwahl durch RadlerInnen macht also sicher und ist StVO-Konform.<\/p>\n<p>Daher:\u00a0 <strong>Radfahrende sollen einen Seitenabstand von mindestens 1,2 Meter vom Lenkerende zu parkenden KFZ einhalten.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h6>Mehrzweckstreifen meist zu schmal<\/h6>\n<p>Da dieser Seitenabstand sicherheitsrelevant ist und bei dessen Einhaltung die Fahrspur des Rades bei ca. 1,5 Meter vom parkenden Auto liegt, kann ein Mehrzweckstreifen mit der g\u00e4ngigen Mindestbreite laut RVS-Richtlinie von eben diesen 1,5 Metern dem Radfahrenden keinen Schutz mehr bieten.
