Dies ist freilich f\u00fcr uns Radfahrende \u00e4u\u00dferst unbefriedigend. Wie will die Stadt die selbst gesteckten Ziele wie die Erh\u00f6hung des Radverkehrsanteils auf 20% erreichen? Als Grund f\u00fcr die besch\u00e4mende Erfolgsquote wird der Personalmangel angegeben. Seltsam, f\u00fcr die Planung des Stra\u00dfenausbaus, z.B.
