{"id":33748,"date":"2024-02-02T07:08:04","date_gmt":"2024-02-02T06:08:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.radlobby.org\/noe\/?p=33748"},"modified":"2024-02-03T15:58:37","modified_gmt":"2024-02-03T14:58:37","slug":"2024-durchgangsverkehr-in-gloggnitz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.radlobby.org\/noe\/2024-durchgangsverkehr-in-gloggnitz\/","title":{"rendered":"2024 Durchgangsverkehr in Gloggnitz"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der erste Punkt unseres Feedbacks f\u00fcr Gloggnitz 2023 (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.radlobby.org\/noe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023_GloggnitzCenterInput.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/www.radlobby.org\/noe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023_GloggnitzCenterInput.pdf<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) war, dass der Durchgangsverkehr umgeleitet werden muss, um das Zentrum menschenfreundlicher zu gestalten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ein einladendes Ortszentrum, indem man gerne seine Eink\u00e4ufe erledigt, dort auch parkt und ein- bzw. ausl\u00e4dt, wo man sich zum Spazieren gehen trifft und gern seine Zeit verbringt, kann nicht gleichzeitig eine Durchzugsstra\u00dfe sein, die Menschen schnellstm\u00f6glichst passieren wollen. Eine Autobahn und ein Shoppingcenter haben unterschiedliche Funktionen &#8211; der Versuch, beide Funktionen an einem Ort zu erf\u00fcllen kann nur in einem schlechten Kompromiss enden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wie viel Durchgangsverkehr k\u00f6nnte aus dem Gloggnitzer Zentrum also umgeleitet werden, um Platz f\u00fcr eine Umgebung zu schaffen, die st\u00e4rker auf den Menschen ausgerichtet ist?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Radlobby machte sich daran, das herauszufinden: Unter- und oberhalb des Zentrums wurden Autos aufgezeichnet, um zu sehen, wie viele Autos das Zentrum ohne Stopp passierten. Der Samstag (20.1.2024) von 10:00 bis 11:00 Uhr wurde als Zeitpunkt gew\u00e4hlt, um die gesch\u00e4ftigste Einkaufszeit und den geringsten Pendlerverkehr zu erfassen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>\u00dcber 400 Autos \/ Std fuhren hinein und 60 % fuhren direkt durch!\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-33749 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.radlobby.org\/noe\/wp-content\/uploads\/GlogMap.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"938\" height=\"479\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.radlobby.org\/noe\/wp-content\/uploads\/GlogMap.png 938w, https:\/\/www.radlobby.org\/noe\/wp-content\/uploads\/GlogMap-300x153.png 300w, https:\/\/www.radlobby.org\/noe\/wp-content\/uploads\/GlogMap-768x392.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 938px) 100vw, 938px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">K\u00f6nnen Sie sich vo<\/span>rstellen, was in einem Zentrum m\u00f6glich w\u00e4re, das nicht alle 15 Sekunden von Autos passiert wird,\u00a0 die versuchen, so schnell wie m\u00f6glich durchzukommen?<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In unserer Verkehrsz\u00e4hlung wurde nur ein Fahrrad erfasst. Ein Radverkehrsanteil von\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">0,25 % ist selbst im Winter f\u00fcr eine Innenstadt au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlich niedrig.
