Oktober und die 33. StVO-Novelle tritt in Kraft<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das in seinen Grundz\u00fcgen aus dem Jahre 1960 stammende Regelwerk wurde zum 33. Mal novelliert und bringt diesmal f\u00fcr Radfahrende und zu Fu\u00df Gehende mit 1.10.2022 betr\u00e4chtliche Verbesserungen, sofern sie beachtet wird und die Beh\u00f6rden gewillt sind, diese Verbesserungen auch umzusetzen, bzw. die Einhaltung auch zu kontrollieren.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ab 1. Oktober gilt in \u00d6sterreich:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#x2705; Rad- &amp; Gehwege sowie Gehsteige m\u00fcssen frei bleiben<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#x2705; Gesetzlicher \u00dcberholabstand<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#x2705; Schulstra\u00dfen k\u00f6nnen leichter &amp; schneller umgesetzt werden<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#x2705; Radfahren neben einem Kind wird generell erlaubt.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#x2705; Nebeneinanderfahren in Tempo 30 Zonen wird erlaubt<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#x2705; <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rechtsabbiegen bei Rot wird erlaubt (mit Gr\u00fcnpfeil)<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#x2705; 1,5 m Mindestabstand beim \u00dcberholen von Radfahrenden in der Stadt (bei Tempo 30 weniger).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Auch wenn nicht alle Punkte umgesetzt wurden, wie etwa die Verpflichtung der \u00d6ffnung von breiten Einbahnen (mind.400\u00a0 cm Fahrbahnbreite), so bedeutet dies doch einen gro\u00dfen Schritt in die richtige Richtung, deutlich mehr Komfort und Sicherheit f\u00fcr Radfahrende und Fu\u00dfg\u00e4nger:innen.<\/p>\n<p>Was bedeuten die einzelnen Punkte:<\/p>\n<h5>Das \u00dcberragen oder gar Befahren von Rad &amp; Gehwegen ist verboten.<\/h5>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.radlobby.org\/noe\/wp-content\/uploads\/stvo-parken.jpeg\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.radlobby.org\/noe\/wp-content\/uploads\/stvo-parken.jpeg\" data-thumb=\"https:\/\/www.radlobby.org\/noe\/wp-content\/uploads\/stvo-parken.jpeg\" class=\"ml-lightbox-enabled\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-25702 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.radlobby.org\/noe\/wp-content\/uploads\/stvo-parken.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1080\" height=\"608\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.radlobby.org\/noe\/wp-content\/uploads\/stvo-parken.jpeg 1080w, https:\/\/www.radlobby.org\/noe\/wp-content\/uploads\/stvo-parken-300x169.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.radlobby.org\/noe\/wp-content\/uploads\/stvo-parken-768x432.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1080px) 100vw, 1080px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Geh- &amp; Radwege sowie sonstige Fahrradinfrastruktur werden oft von Kraftfahrzeugen verstellt. Die meist ohnehin sp\u00e4rlichen Fl\u00e4chen <strong>m\u00fcssen nun freigehalten<\/strong> werden. Dies betrifft bereits das <strong>\u00dcberragen der Markierung<\/strong>. Das Verst\u00e4ndnis in der Bev\u00f6lkerung f\u00fcr den Unmut dar\u00fcber ist leider gering, daher wenden wir uns insbesondere an die Frau B\u00fcrgermeisterin, den zust\u00e4ndigen Verkehrsstadtrat und die Polizei, diese Regelungen auch zu kommunizieren und auf deren Einhaltung zu dr\u00e4ngen.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dies ist ein wichtiger Schritt, da Nichtmotorisierte h\u00e4ufig durch r\u00fccksichtslos abgestellte Fahrzeuge in gef\u00e4hrliche Situationen gebracht werden.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><b>Der gesetzliche \u00dcberholabstand<\/b><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">wurde erstmals in der StVO verankert. 150 cm in 50er-Zonen und 200 cm bei h\u00f6heren Geschwindigkeiten. Entt\u00e4uschenderweise fehlt hier eine explizite Regelung f\u00fcr Tempo 30. Faustregel aus der Fahrschule: 100+Tachowert, also 130 cm\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.radlobby.org\/noe\/wp-content\/uploads\/ueberholabstamf.jpg\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.radlobby.org\/noe\/wp-content\/uploads\/ueberholabstamf.jpg\" data-thumb=\"https:\/\/www.radlobby.org\/noe\/wp-content\/uploads\/ueberholabstamf.jpg\" class=\"ml-lightbox-enabled\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-25755 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.radlobby.org\/noe\/wp-content\/uploads\/ueberholabstamf.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"607\" height=\"205\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.radlobby.org\/noe\/wp-content\/uploads\/ueberholabstamf.jpg 607w, https:\/\/www.radlobby.org\/noe\/wp-content\/uploads\/ueberholabstamf-300x101.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 607px) 100vw, 607px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Im Jahr 2016 wurde ein bahnbrechendes Urteil gef\u00e4llt, welches den Seitenabstand zu parkenden Autos behandelt. Dabei wurde trotz Rechtsfahrgebot ein Seitenabstand von 120-180 cm festgelegt, die es den Radfahrenden erlauben au\u00dferhalb des T\u00fcr\u00f6ffnungsbereiches (dooring)\u00a0 zu fahren.<br \/>\nSiehe \u203a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.radlobby.at\/abstandsurteil\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Artikel auf der Radlobby \u00d6sterreich Homepage<\/a>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Bei Rot (nach Anhalten) \u00fcber die Kreuzung\u00a0<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.radlobby.org\/noe\/wp-content\/uploads\/idahored.png\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.radlobby.org\/noe\/wp-content\/uploads\/idahored.png\" data-thumb=\"https:\/\/www.radlobby.org\/noe\/wp-content\/uploads\/idahored.png\" class=\"ml-lightbox-enabled\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-25757 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.radlobby.org\/noe\/wp-content\/uploads\/idahored.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"531\" height=\"381\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.radlobby.org\/noe\/wp-content\/uploads\/idahored.png 531w, https:\/\/www.radlobby.org\/noe\/wp-content\/uploads\/idahored-300x215.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 531px) 100vw, 531px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mittlerweile sind die kleinen Pfeile an den Ampeln in vielen Staaten gelebte Praxis und Sicherheitsbedenken wurden zerstreut. Die \u00c4nderung der StVO erlaubt auch den Beh\u00f6rden hierzulande diese Regelung einzuf\u00fchren. Die Rote Ampel wird zur Stopptafel und erm\u00f6glicht Radfahrenden ohne sinnlose Wartezeiten das Queren oder rechts abbiegen. Schrittgeschwindigkeit <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">einzuhalten, wenn mit gewissem Fu\u00df- und Radverkehr zu rechnen ist.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">W\u00fcnschenswert w\u00e4re auch, wenn sich die Gemeinde zu einem verpflichteten Abbiegeassistenten bekenne.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der vorgeschriebene Abstand von Verkehrszeichen zur Fahrbahn wird reduziert. Innerorts darf dieser bis zu 0 cm\u00a0 betragen, bisher waren 60 cm vorgeschrieben.
